We’ve continued with our regular weekly vegetable deliveries.  The OneCan Foodbank receives much of our produce, but we also donate to Wycombe Foodhub, another valuable organisation in the affordable food network.

Wycombe Food Hub bridges the gap between retail shops and foodbanks to ensure good food is available to everyone at an affordable price.

Some of our vegetables, particularly courgettes like to grow rather enthusiastically, and become a little too big to be suitable for the Foodbank, but are happily received by Wycombe Foodhub.

Having dropped off our vegetables, we sometimes also get a donation from the Foodhub.  On this occasion we were given trays of miniature roses and summer bedding plants, which will be planted in our Memorial Garden.
